Explore an abandoned GOLD mining town, then ride deep into the backcountry to discover a hidden, remote waterfall—adventure you won’t forget Take a ride back in time on a guided UTV adventure! Explore an abandoned GOLD mining site filled with authentic relics from the area’s gold rush past! Take pictures beside abandoned mining cabins, mining carts, ancient steam engines, mining shafts and so much more! Then continue up the mountain, where a short hike rewards you with views of a stunning waterfall hidden in the remote backcountry. You can view the stunning 75-foot waterfall from the top of the trail or if you're adventurous you can take a strenous, pulse pounding, rope lined hike down to the base of the falls. Do you dare to bring a swimsuit and take a dip in the icy cold pool below the falls?! Enjoy a chef-inspired, prospector-themed lunch alongside a cool, crystal-clear stream—right where gold prospectors once searched for their fortune. This experience blends off-road excitement, PICTURE OPPORTUNITIES , rich history, a delicous lunch and a short scenic hike to a breathtaking waterfall, creating a one-of-a-kind backcountry adventure. THE HIKING PORTION IS NOT RECOMENDED FOR CHILDREN OR THE ELDERLY OR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. THIS IS A SHORT BUT STRENOUS HIKE ALONG SLIPPERY BOULDERS AND VERY STEEP TERRAIN. PART OF THE TRAIL ALSO REQUIRES YOU TO USE A ROPE TO DESCEND AND ASCEND THE TRAIL DOWN TO THE FALLS.
