About this event
This year is the 15th Annual Veterans Day’s ride/fundraiser. All proceeds again will go to our local veterans!! We’re changing up this years format a bit for something a bit different and keep it fun. It’s pretty simple, upon registration, you will receive a bingo card with 25 objects or places to take pictures of. The first one to get 2 bingos (which will be a total of 9 or 10 objects or places depending on your bingo card) and post them on this event page will win the grand prize. The first one to black out their card and post the pictures on the event page will win a special prize. Here are the rest of the details.... Registration is from 9-11 at the Brimley VFW hall. You will register for the black out bingo grand prize as well as an opportunity to buy extra tickets for the general prize baskets draw and 50/50. You will go with your own group, your own pace, and leave at your own time. You just have to be back at the VFW by 6pm for the prize draw and dinner. Chili will be provided at the Rusty Zipper Camp for lunch, and the VFW auxiliary will be preparing another outstanding dinner meal. We’ll have a new band this year “Nate’s Chow” and will be performing following dinner. $20 minimum donation gets you lunch at the Rusty Zipper Camp, dinner at the VFW Hall following the ride, entered into the bingo prizes, and one ticket to put into a general prize draw basket. For every additional $5 you donate, will get you another ticket to place into a general prize draw basket. 50/50 tickets will be available for purchase during registration, throughout the ride if you run into one of the beautiful sales ladies, and back at the hall from 3pm-6pm $1 per ticket, $5 for 6 tickets. Timeline of events: 9am-11am Registration open 3pm-6pm 50/50 ticket sales, additional prize draw tickets available at the VFW Hall. 5pm-6pm-Dinner 6:30- Prize draw, 50/50 draw 7pm-Nate’s Chow - will be rocking the house If you do not choose to go on the ride, that's ok. There will be tickets for dinner, prize draw, and the band for sale at the door from 3pm-6pm. If you or someone you know would like to donate cash or prizes, please let me know! Thank you!!
