Good Morning, Girlies!! The moment you’ve been waiting for is here - Girlie Ride Registration is open!!! A few notes about this year’s ride: - Date is Monday, July 20, 2026 - We will leave from Pit Stop BBQ Smokehouse. Check-In opens at 8, drivers meeting at 9:30, departure at 10:00 - Picnic!!! We’ll be stopping at the Berry Road Pavilion on our way to the Dugan Run Horse Trail/Campground! - Registration includes the option to purchase a box lunch for $11 from a small local restaurant. Lunches consist of a ham or turkey sandwich, chips, cookie, and a bottle of water. Gluten free meals are available. - This year’s ride is BYOB, so be sure to bring a cooler of your favorites. (Please drink responsibly:) - Registration will be open and merchandise will be available for sale until June 30th - Based on the anticipated size of the ride (there are just so many amazing women riding with us) and the overwhelming number of comments about the lack of bathrooms last year, we made the difficult decision to charge a $10 logistics fee this year. This covers porta potties, tents, and all of the miscellaneous niceties that make the ride more comfortable and accessible for everyone. This fee is not meant to be a barrier, so if it presents a hardship, please message the page and we will work with you. - Since we are using small local businesses to support the ride and all of the merchandise is custom made, we are not able to offer refunds. In the event of cancellation, ride merchandise will be delivered but all logistic fee money collected will be considered a donation to the Birchwood Bobcat Riders.
